The Global Film Initiative announces its third annual Global Lens touring film series, eight feature films and a collection of five short films from developing-world countries.
Global Film Initiative Chair Susan Weeks Coulter noted that the slate of films in Global Lens 2006 affirms their mission, of introducing American audiences to award-winning films from Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
¡OJO! Filmmaker Teddy Mattera, director of “Max and Mona” will be joining us at the Plaza for the Tuesday, September 19 7:30pm and Wednesday, September 20 student showing at 10am of “Max and Mona”.
Dates: September 11-22, 2006 at the Mexican Heritage Plaza Theater
Tickets: 1 hour before show time or 408.928.5563 for advance ticket purchase. $6 for students and seniors; $8 for adults.
