César Chávez was an avid reader and proponent of literacy. In remembrance of this affection, the Plaza and Teatro Target will host a Special Appearance by noted Children’s Book Author and Performer José Luis Orozco.
Also that day, Grail Family Services will co-host a Family Literacy Fair.
